The regulations come in to force on 14th April, 2007. The regulations of individual protection and use of nature reserve are more punctual for specific nature reserve and foreknew the specific zoning with different possibilities of management. The overall regulations of individual protection and use of nature reserve of specially protected nature territories have no force by the moment of certification of these regulations. Management plan for Nature reserve "Mugurves pďavas" has been framed in the frameworks of LIFE-Nature project "Restoration of Latvian floodplains for EU priority species and habitats", which is realized by Latvian Fund for Nature. The suggestions about the development of regulations of individual protection and use of nature reserve were handed in this plan. The regulations prescribe the scheme of Nature reserve "Mugurves pďavas" protection and individual protection and use of nature reserve and foreknew the functional zoning of the reserve. The area of the reserve is 317 ha. |
