The last working day of Mr. Māris Kreilis in the position of the Director of the Board of the Latvian Fund for Nature past on Friday the 16 March. Further the Fund will be administrated by Ms. Inga Račinska.

The Fund has new Director

The last working day of Mr. Māris Kreilis in the position of the Director of the Board of the Latvian Fund for Nature (LFN) past on Friday the 16 March. Further the Fund will be administrated by Ms. Inga Račinska, who has actively worked in the LFN Board and has been monitoring serious projects in the field of the Protection of the Nature.

Mr.Māris Kreilis has worked for the 13 years in the position of the LFN  Director and has been one of the iniciators of the establishment of the Organisation in the 1990. Fund has shown itself as a very respectable non-governmental organisation, that works in the field of the protection of the nature in Latvia during his administration.

The Mission and main goals of the Fund will be unchangable also in future: preservation of the diversity of the Latvian nature and the education of the society for improvement of the protection of the nature.
